The Office Depot redevelopment project is on track for completion in December. Masonry work on the new building is finished and roof work has started.

Colfax Corridor Connections is a project that will study and assess mobility and transit needs within the East Colfax travel corridor. The goal of the project is to identify improvements to overall mobility within the corridor now and over the next 25 years. The study is expected to be completed in November 2013.

Denver developer Jimmy Balafas said he expects to be in a "neck-and-neck race" with Boulder to be the first to open a Trader Joe's.
